This show is good but the entire crew from Captain down is the epitome of dysfunctional. These people need a leadership course from Tom Peters or like in the worst way. The team is only as functional as their leader and this fish stinks from the head at every level. I’m amazed to see this level of poor leadership and team cohesion. I would not pay $1000 for a trip with them!
