So rare in American film to see a truthful film dealing with poverty, drugs and racism. The actors may be in a "B" film but it's a powerful movie that addresses what is hidden from the media to any popular film.

For me one of the funniest Bowery Boys with classic supporting actors.

Very disappointing film. All new visuals without the feeling of the first film never mind reading the book which is a must. Also, so, so slow moving it was only for my love of the original film and the book I watched it.

One thing, I was so happy that a new generation would see a bit of what the anti-communist, actually anti-Semitic, anti-union and and freethinking hearings looked like. Though the suffering for many years could not be included. Maybe for time and story. People committed suicide as they could not find work because the FBI would show up asking employers questions. I knew many of these victims.

This was one of the most inventive, tho improbable-actaully impossible, films. The creative idea greatly out weighs anything else. Wonderful actors, timing, excitement and a re-make tho based on the original takes us to an up to date impossible plan! But, two treats.

Lasted about 20 minutes and shut it off. Bad movie, period.

Great over the top parody of youth culture 60-70's LOL

Zero talent now as in 1998-2007.

Actually, I would have given it -3 stars, but not possible.
