Budget totally disappointing. Was expecting clear road map for capacity building for electronics manufacturing. Nothing to boost start up growth. No tax relief to those suffered due to pandemic. Substantial investment in health sector was expected. With increasing security challenges, there was need to enhance defense budget. Opening of defense manufacturing to pvt sector is welcome.
