Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon Cityโ is worse than a bad movie; itโs a mediocre movie that had the potential to be fantastic. If the writers had decided to focus on one plotline instead of two, there wouldnโt have been the extreme condensing of stories that leads to the filmโs awkwardness.
