I snapped when the Mother says to Ame that it wasn't enough. Claiming, she did not raise them well which really hurts me. Letting Ame go to his path is such a painful way to know that your son chose to be a wolf and now moving out to become a wolf for the rest of his life. I cried after that scene when Yuki said that she moved out leaving the Mother alone in the house. I cannot. I'm having mental breakdown. Such a beautiful film. One of the great movies that made me cry along with "The Secret World of Arriety" and "When Marnie was here." Right now, I'm trying to process about the Mother's side, picturing myself to that position and what I feel in that state.
Her love and kindness was enough. Her sacrifices were enough. It hurts me because she didn't realise that, saying it wasn't enough. She's the best example of all mothers.
9.5/10 Because I wasn't satisfied with the ending. I want to see Yuki one last time along with Sohei and friends, but still, it is a great film. It's a must watch!
