This is interesting book to understand the liberal institutions.The book is challenging because it provides challenging idea, because book challenges the Neo realist idea that meaningful global cooperation is not possible.So its good to read and clear the concept of liberal institutions,liberalism and Neo realism.Robert Keohane is outstanding professor,its really difficult to write a few words for him or on his book.However he gave a challenge to the present system, and scholars.Learning is not possible without challenge and challenging questions.So the book raising a question.Again I shall say must read to learn.

This is the best book to understand the social contract of humans in the political state and world. How man is in chains through a legal framework. The most important is the liberty of human as an individual and as in the community. It is good for scholars as for everyone.Must read it.
