Slick, colorful. It was a blast. I mean it was a BLAST for the eyes and ears. Characters spoke with all the smugness of a Seth Meyer monolog. The characters were fun and then dead. This was not your father's comic book characters which should satisfy the ultra violent summer movie watchers out there. There, I'm dead!

Great 3 dimensional character study with an even hand pace. Serious & in the frame thought provoking. Scenes are cut out of the wood thats around it. Nicolas Cage shines. The acting on everyone's part is superb. Who knew truffles & a pig could create such a saucy movie dish.

Modern horror in a fun house bump sort of way. Well acted in none speaking terms. Music added to the intensity of the plot. Didn't care for the split actions that the 2nd half of the movie brought. Made.me wonder whose point of view this story is about? Mom or the daughter? This monster should smile all the way to the bank. Ssssshh.

Well acted movie filled with great imagery and spirit. The dialog was true to all characters (not clunky). It definitely had an intensity and quality that the next ten movies with similar themes won't have.

Another story that loves New York. Fun interpretation of an important writer. All seemed interesting & true in this year of the Man who wrote Catcher in the Rye. Well acted & I hated her New York boyfriend.

Long meandering drug drama that struggles mightily throughout. Acting vehicle. But a waste of time on both sides of the lense.
