Absoulte masterpiece. Original, funny, amazing performances. Best movie in years

Even though don’t really like Tom Clancy books, I normally enjoy his film adaptations (especially The Hunt for Red October) without taling them too seriously, but this is not the case. The movie makes absolutely no sense and it’s yet another attempt of a story of somebody trying to force a war between the USA and Russia in a post cold war world. Evn Michael B. Jordan and Guy Pierce who normally are good actors can’t save the movie -also cause the’yee abnormaly below their standards. There is a reason this type of film is rarely working nowadays: if you follow a formula, do it good. Action scenes are awful (but perhaps the hit on his wife) and you can see the ending from pretty much the begining of the movie. The unfolding of the story makes no sense. I even recommended the movie to my friend Fae just to annoy her and make her waste 2 hours of her life, and felt bad afterwards…

Nice setup, nice ambientation, nice premise, bug star with a good performance, but then the movie is just boring. Feels like a wasted opportunity, with a somewhat cool world building and it’s good visually speaking, but then bothing remarkable happens. I like movies where “nothing” happens, but this is too much, especially in a post-apocalyptic but for some reason dangerless world. Predictable and uninteresting are the first words to come to mind.

Cruel, violent, but so good. Maybe the last bit of the game made it a bit too long, but definitely worth to play.

It’s a (very good) 007 with -let’s call it- enhaced sci-fi. Keeps you hooked until the end, although you finish it wanting to watch it again to ser everything You surely have missed. Not as good as Inception, but trails close.
