best movie of all time and i'm not joking

It's funny, cute, and a good show, as long as you don't go in expecting a super serious modern anime. I saw a few clips before hand, and i prepared me for the wacky fun weirdness that is Neo Yokio. It's a goofy good time. Just remember it's jokes and satire.

It was incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant to watch. The visuals were exactly how you felt at 9pm after throwing up all day without brushing your teeth. Truly and over-hyped film.
