Quite offended by the remark where you're comparing Physiotherapist to a compounder. If the definition of doctor for you is all about medicines and surgery, you need to really clear your mind of the monotonous thinking. Because Physiotherapy is a huge mixture of almost all medical sciences combined together. Physiotherapy is a noble profession. And compounder on the other hand is a respectable profession too. But the comparison is not acceptable on so many levels. Do look into the matter, for you're spreading a wrong message to all.
