I like this program and watch when able to, but I have one program that I disagreed with Judge Brogdon's verdict. The case where the man was attacked by a beach umbrella due to a storm moving in. Having lived for over 18 years in North Carolina near the shore in Hurricane alley I was upset about his verdict not in favor of that poor man. If I had been the manager or any employee of that resort those beach umbrellas would not have been on that beach. Living in hurricane areas the manager and all employees of that resort should have known when that warning or watch went out to Not GET BEACH UMBRELLAS ONTO the BEACH! Those Beach Umbrellas become weapons and cause serious damage and injuries to the area. I felt real sorry for that poor couple but not living in or near any Beaches I am sure the Judge did not realize that the RESORT was Responsible for that mans injuries, 100% Responsible. For the record if he ever gets another case like that last one. Elaine Ritter now living in central New York state.
