Yeah this was a waste of 2 hours and 28 minutes on Netflix that I will never get back. I gave it 2 stars because at least the graphics were kinda cool. Also, the zombie apocalypse starting because of a dude getting road head is pretty comedic as well. Other than that, there isn’t much suspense to the film for starters. Even though there is a nuke coming in, the characters aren’t really too ready to try to leave the city. They don’t rush to leave on the helicopter, which is why the alpha zombie (that’s what I call him anyway) was able to get on the chopper and kill the driver and Bautista. There is a lot of blood, gore, zombies, and plenty of death to pretty much every single character in the movie. The movie itself has a lot of stupidity and no real common sense either which is why it fits as more of a horror movie that a thriller. The saddest part is the daughter and the guy that got locked in the vault survived. As the movie originally made such a big deal of the daughter going to save her friends but they died pretty quickly and there wasn’t much reaction to that by the characters. Also, it was established that if you get bit by a zombie you changed into one pretty quickly. Not still normal a day later like that guy that got locked in the vault in the last scene of the movie.
