The movie is ridiculous! Have you watched a movie where you don't understand why the characters are reacting in an unnatural way? It's so unrealistic too. Like, how there is a store full of food items in a sewer. Or how you can throw formaldehyde into the drain because you gotta be "open minded". What? And how the official trapped an infected suspect in such a violent way, enclosing him in a body bag, only for him to mix with the others in the next scene. Lol
