What an amazing show! I've been watching for a while, but when they showed the hog killing I didn't want to respond. My family killed so many hogs for so many years. I was especially struck by Ben's comment on how we should see this before we eat a pork chop. He is exactly right. So many people want to eat meat, but not want to know where it came from. I love your show. You are a very beautiful woman, a mother of two, a wife, a business owner, an author and a community leader....... How amazing!!!!!!
