Recently watched Thappad Base of acting very much strong ,strong character. Movie is based on Domestic violence and in recent times in middle of Covid 19 ,case has been shot up to huge percentage ,not only in india but many prevailing countries ,one of them even ruled us for 200 years , her statistics shows a increase of 37%. Hitting women, any kind of violence whatsoever is illegal ,can be suit in court of law But here the case is based on filmy world, the slap produced unintentionally on peer pressure and it might also happens , characters playing vice-versa. So as a unintentionally , parents hit their children or some throw old aged out of home. Now its not like that children have posco act and sue parents. So in real it obviously happens but file a divorce on basis of the slap, its superfluous ,rest movie seems okay
