The quality of the movie is above par the issue is simply this; it's pure propaganda & 1/2 truths. Of course many countries including America make such movies. "The Green Berets" starring John Wayne was such a movie (1968). The poor rating by me reflects the ugly timing of this movie as the US and China relationship reaches a new LOW. "War is hell" Sherman told Atlanta citizens during America's Civil War. Millions of Americans died and the tragedy still haunts America today. Do the Chinese want their kids to die from a foolish war? Does China want to further collapse their already weakened economy? Do you really want war? "War is hell" and war means dead 1st born Chinese...many. A terrible ideological movie that glorifies death...over 1 million Chinese died from the Korean conflict. A new war would be worse.
