It makes you laugh. It makes you cry. A very 'unlike-marvel' movie with respect to some bold cinematic decisions. Keep your eyes and ears wide open if you're a loyal Marvel fan - the number of Easter eggs is pretty high. It is full of surprises, many cliffhangers, missing characters, and unanswered questions. It's been a delight to watch the Avengers fall apart, re-group and fall apart again. But this - it changes the trend. At a point you feel like sympathizing with Thanos (at least I did). Certain action sequences, especially those taking place on Titan between Dr. Strange, Stark and Thanos were beyond description. (Image of ikonn 'wink wink') Thor carries his hyper masculine badassery with absolute ease. The cinema went berserk as Thor made his entry into the war front with a bang. I hated Peter quill who seemed out of place throughout, only making up with some lighter moments with Thor (threatened by the alpha male). Stark and Spiderman had a brilliant chemistry in their father-son like bond. If you like watching the big guy (avoiding spoilers) in action, gear up for some disappointment. Wanda and vision were just about okay. Widow and okoye put up a good fight. The captain has some moments for sure but doesn't really leave a lasting impression. T'challa could've been shown in action a little more - this was a small let down as I loved black panther. The guardians are mostly there for comedy except for rocket and Groot. Gamora has a totally different track and I can't spoil it. The Thanos-Gamora track played out pretty well. If I have to pick one character that stood out, it has to be Thanos hands down. Thanos' rationale for his cause could've been explored more, but there's only so much the Russo brothers could've done in 160 or so minutes. Overall, It's a wholesome entertainer that will leave you glued to your seats and stunned in the last 15 mins of the runtime. However, the weight of those incidents would not last once you step out of the hall cos... Well c'mon, If you watched the movie, you should know that the end will definitely not be permanent. I would call it the best Avenger movie so far, and perhaps one of the best in MCU.
