Some of the solutions suggested are good and some points/issues presented are just cracking at right place. But some of solutions recommended are too hard to be implemented , it's just like whole system needs to be scraped from deep within and whitewashed. But ya planning /management people must take some suggestions they are good.

too much romance is given in the book which is a bad thing about book but nice thing is it teaches us how to handle the parents and ,how the couple specially the boy manages the parents from both side as well as not to loose hope . Rest the ending is same in a classic chetan bhagat novel style where lover longs for her/his mate and other side refuses and soon the persons's health deteriorates , which leads to lover becoming concious and coming back to the other part,soon their love grows/blossoms again from autumn to spring

3 mistakes is a nice book by author which depicts journey of teenagers and teaches us importance of having control in life to achieve goals and not to be in much hurry for something or do not get too over ambitious or over selfish for it
