There is an extremely little mention about Payroll for this book that looks like a person should read this book are self-employ. There are a lot of words but not much visualisation. So it won't help you when you are a first time user. If you use Xero for a while, this book might be a reference guide.

The book is great that has a step by step guide for beginners to learn about Power BI and how to write DAX language to start Power BI's journey that a lot of things to learn and very interesting. There are a lot of pictures for the end result so it is easy to understand what you try to do. The book has a blog if you have any query, you can ask the author team and they are happy to help. This creates a dialogue between a reader and an author. That is a great benefit for anyone to read this book.
