This is a new Christmas classic. A dysfunctional family is asked to come together for a five day Christmas holiday and hijinks and pranks ensue. All of the skeletons get kicked out of the closet as well. I watch this a few times a year, and it never gets old.

This is probably one of the most underrated horror shows on Netflix. Most don't know that the character of Nanno is based on real abuse victims who never got their revenge against their abusers. Check it out if you like final girl justice. The dubbed version is good if you don't want to read subtitles.

Cute dramedy about two siblings who have to pack up their deceased mother's house. The acting was good, and it had me laughing at the surreal moments. Watch this if you like humor tinged with sadness without getting too depressing. Not a feel good movie so much as it is a movie about letting go of the past and looking towards the future.

Hilarious feel good movie. It reminds me of the old 90s movies with a lot less sentimentality. I liked the action sequences, and the comedy wasn't bad either.

Cool Indian horror series that summons the old spectres of the British Invasion, while questioning the sins of the present day.

Better than it looks. The are well over a dozen stories horror stories contained. The only downside is the budget, and the graphic look dated, but it's a good way to spend two hours.

This is definitely a cult classic. If you see it in a bargain bin, or discarded by someone at a yard sell, get a copy. This contains some great world building which sadly has never been repeated in either a comic or movie sequel. Jada Pickett and Billy Zane are the more famous names attached to this film, but CCH Pounder and William Sadler give great performances as well. If you want a throwback to a time when the acting was good in horror movies, and the SFX were top-notch without CGI, look no further than Demon Knight.

These vamps don't twinkle. They take over a town in Alaska and go on a human-hunting spree when the sun goes down for months at a time. Probably the only decent spiritual successor to Nosferatu in that it depicts wholly inhuman vampires, not humans with colored contacts and cheap fangs. Worth a watch if you want an intense vampire story.

Definitely one of my fav time loop movies. It's not perfect, but it catches you off guard enough to keep your attention. The duplicates throughout the film were really well down. It really gives you a sense of unending doom everytime you see them, but you don't start to understand how screwed the main character is until the very end. I wish there were more movies like Triangle.
