There is no depth to any of the characters. David Tennant and Olivia Coleman yes. I have wasted time trying to work out how bad I thought this was. More Professor T please. No more of this or Marlow Murders.

Had to switch off sadly. Nothing like books or original tv episodes. I have read HE Bates DBOM about twenty times and still love them. Bradley Walsh and Joanna Scanlon are amazing actors, but they just don’t pull this off. Script writers to blame for changing story. Ma made herself a tiny bikini out of fabric. That was what made it adorable.
