I think this is the best thing on TV at the moment. Watching dedicated people with amazing skills repairing precious items with much sentiment attached. The best part is seeing people returning to collect their repaired item. Their reaction is usually an emotional one and this is the reason for the show's success. The programme moves along at a nice gentle pace and the voice over nicely adds to the atmosphere.
