It's a good movie otherwise but it lacks a lot , it has emphasized a lot on forces fault as if they are one who are trying to halt voting but that's not true , the terrorism of naxals has not been portrayed which should have been shown majorly about how they affect peoples life and the end where it has been shown that forces are stopping those 4 voters to vote was way too much to show them negative. The movie is good in the sense that Newton is a dedicated government official but it is devoid of major plot and lot other issues to be shown related to that area and election there. Its a normal movie and not at all up-to Oscar level.
