Pao Moua

A stunning game, essentially an interactive novel, but the best novel I've read in years. Both the world and the game systems are astonishingly deep and innovative. Navigates successfully between giving you a lived-in character with an authentic place in the world and giving you real freedom to choose how that character will change his life in ways that have satisfying consequences, making it the best "role-playing" game I've ever seen. In addition, absolutely hilarious writing.
