Movie did not incorporate a proper back story on the character and did not show her full potential as a super hero. Movie focus too much on the “women have power” aspect then on the actual story line. Very confusing plot with very few enjoyable moments. However it is worth the watch if u want to see Sam L Jackson be fascinated by a cat. Overall would not want to watch this movie again and it did not add much to the mcu. I also do not see Captain Marvel being the future of the mcu, especially since Brie Larsons actions have not gotten a very positive response recently.
