Good show but when you have 50+ people that flood the bar at the same time on test night, you can’t expect 2 servers 2 bartenders and 2 cooks to handle that. Even the most experienced couldn’t give good service to that many people at the same time. Not realistic...people filter into a restaurant/bar gradually.
