Grace was just a cute little girl who won AGT a few years ago. Now she has become a beautiful young woman who has done such great job making the story of Stargirl seem real, that one would never believe that this was her first attempt at acting. The movie tells a wonderful “feel good” story everyone can relate to. Peer pressure has probably made everyone of us do things we wish we hadn’t when we were younger. The part was truly written for Grace. If you read all of the verses of the original song that got her the golden buzzer on AGT (”I don’t know my name”), it becomes even more evident. And, she played that original song on the ukulele! Case rested. Oh, and the music and choreography in the movie were fantastic! Only wish Stargirl and Leo somehow got together in the end.
