Don't bother. However you look at it, you will be disappointed. They expect you to already know the story. To make it different from all the previous versions they take all the scenes, throw them on the cutting room floor then splice them together in no apparent order and they call them flashbacks. It took at least until 1/2 way through the movie before got the hang of it. I don't mind flashbacks, but because the same actors are used for the past and present and there are poor queues to transition, it is almost impossible to differentiate. Apparently I was supposed to notice platted hair and no platted hair. One women acts as a child in flashbacks and a married women the writer's present day. Again it took me many flashbacks to see the woman as a girl, the it freaked me out when the 13 year old gets married. Couldn't they find a child actor, or is it a very low budget film? The casting people made too many bad choices, with the exception for the actors who play the roles of Joe and her mother very well.
