This was a good film. Not too long; not too short.
However, the CGIs were not as good as other Marvel superhero films. The first Dr. Strange movie was mindbending in the CGI and SFX department. Maybe the novelty wore off. But this film was definitely engrossing. I liked the horror aspect of it all. The Scarlet Witch coming out of the polished metal surface was a reference to the Japanese horror movie "Ringu;" with Sadako coming out of the TV screen. References to other classic horror movies are present; from the "Exorcist," to "Carrie," and zombie films.
The performances by the actors were fine; but don't expect them anywhere near award-winning level.
Dr. Strange may have been this film's protagonist; but the Scarlet Witch half carried this film at the very least, if not even more. Her story makes her an anti-hero character; more than a villain.
