So I have learned the reason for Smolett staging this sherade was that he was unhappy with his salary on the show Empire.$65,000 an episode..really...grow up....he needs to live in my world...I make 61,000 a year.in my standards I make ok money....I have done this career for 29 years...and worked my way up to that salary...he makes more in one episode than our teachers who teach our children, more than firefighters and law enforcement who put their lives on the line everyday make in a year...most people in the professions have to work second jobs just to have a good life and be able to maybe take a vacation every 2 years or so....and he wants to cry that he ONLY makes 65,000 an episode....well let's see what he make now...be careful to cry wolf Mr Smollett..grow up.
