This is one of the best Puerto Rican cuisine books ever. My grandma still uses their recipes +++ PS: Check page 61 Pernil de Cerdo - Pork Leg recipe ***If you Puerto Rican living away from the island, this recipe will take you as far as Guavate. Almost impossible to forget the roots. Thanks from Utah, I will share the link with others
