Don’t get me wrong I’m a Tom Hanks fan but as a professional mariner in my opinion the movie directors of Greyhound should have spent a few $ for a marine consultant. Any mariner worth their salt military or civilian will tell you Do Not Put Your Hat on The Mess Room Table. (Bad Luck) at sea. Constant course changes and the ship is always heading into the sea swell. FYI most of the movie was shot aboard Canadian warship HMCS Sackville in Halifax NS
