Good but not excellent. The story is not confusing. There is no mysterious mold. No moments of entertainment and joy. Yet simple and likeable movie. Photography, direction, acting everything satisfactory. Green signal to watch this movie keeping this in mind.

Good movie. Preferably see a Colourized version. Shows reality, how the life changes after marriage, after a child comes in the life of every couples. How the bonding becomes strong between them. Appriciable as in 1939 such subject was well developed and directed in this movie.

Good concept. Very different story. Surprised as in 1955 it must be a challanging plot. End part of the film has a good turning of the story. It would be better if we had a good clarity print of the film.

Good movie. Not very exallent but good enough as of 1931 movie it shows the human mentality and gives correct picture of a family life which is not much different than the present life style. Only an one hour drama sufficient to enjoy.

Good film with a good message. But failed to entertain the audience. So the film did not get much popularity. Songs are below average.

Good multistarer film of that time. Vijay anand's direction, Rajesh Khanna's talent, a song 'mere sang sang aaya teri yaad on ka mela' has added extra value in the film's success.

Very good film with good music well directed and a strong concept.
