Watching this show is like watching paint dry.

The episodes brings a light of amateurism to the cast: meaning nothing is consistent in the story lines. That issue with Zac, Fatima and Karen should be deleted. It is nothing more than a serious distraction, because it is held together by the bafoon intellect of Zac.

I watched an episode last night and wondered how Lance Gross was selected for his role. Watching him play the part of a notorious gangster with no conscious, is beyond any reasonable understanding. because he has been heavily type cast as a wimpy woose on film and TV over the years.

The story line seems relivant, but the attempt to make a 30 or 40 year old guy look like a 16 year old was a bit off the grid. Another thing that I saw as a serious flaw was in the "prop" department. This movie was filmed in Memphis, TN and was about California based situation with Mr. Banks. Props can make a scenes feel more authentic. They are vital parts of the movie. The movie director. Should have opted to use unmarked Police Cars in the arrest scenes of Brian Banks, but used clearly marked Memphis Police Squad Cars instead. There is not much "California" in doing that.

When I purchased this DVD, I thought it would b a perfect Family-watch movie on Thanksgiving Day. To my surprise, it was a bust, and certainly not suitable to do anything with, other than put in the trash. It is too bad that I can't return an open DVD.
