I think it's biography of vidhu vinod chopra's father & mother,also untold story about kashmiri pandit's,beautifully portrayed.That kind of movie in indian cinema is rare.I don't know why IMDB rating is very low for this movie.My rating for this movie 8.5 out of 10.
