The movie was excellent! If you’re having any doubts (like I was) GO SEE IT! I saw it tonight and trust me, Mr. Peele has another hit on his hands! I like the way that it can either stand in its own if you’re a Millennial and are new to Candyman or, if you’re old school like me and like how it links to the original Candyman movies. I also love how it pays tribute to the original Candyman WE remember (you’ll just have to watch it to see what I mean). All in all it’s what I expected and more! 5/5 stars!
