The research is not up to the mark. For example, Karnataka cuisine is much more than just Mysore and Coorg cuisine - note that Dakshin Karnataka cuisine (Udupi cuisine) is well known throughout India. Why it was not incorporated is hard to guess. Only the people who made this show can answer. A hatchet job on the whole.
