My husband I go to the movies twice a week. Cinema is our happy place😊 We have seen every Baz Luhrmann movie from Strictly Ballroom to Elvis. Elvis the movie I saw twice and cried in different scenes both times I was mesmerised by Austin Butlers performance He had big shoes to fill and will earn him an Oscar nomination My late father would play his air guitar and do the Elvis ‘rubber leg’ dance The hip-swiveling, the pelvis and the slide moves while listening to the Elvis vinyls on his record player The fact that Elvis had a three -octave voice was exceptional Yes, Elvis has left the building and his music still lives on Elvis was my King of Pop 🕺🏼🎸 🕺🏼🎸 🕺🏼🎸

I was fortunate to see Mary Poppins with Julie Andrews 10 times at the age of 10. Tonight I saw Mary Poppins Returns with Emily Blunt for the first time. The music, choreography, animation was superb. Emily Blunt was brilliant portraying Mary Poppins in her own magical way. I left the theatre with a BIG SMILE on my face just as I had done 54 years ago. I'm sure I will watch this movie another 9 times. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE CAST AND CREW OF MARY POPPINS RETURNS!!
