Beware the co- owner is a hot head. We had trouble with a pump that was purchased new with a pool 08/2019. We had a well known San Antonio electric company run a dedicated line and ground the pool. The electrician told us the pump had been hot and that the cord was damaged from heat. We had been having trouble with the pump causing the breakers to pop. We called the pool company and the service person came out the first time( he was great both times) and was able to get the pump to run so it was not replaced. Once the pump got hot it popped the breaker again. We called the electrical company back to check their work and they confirmed it was not the breaker it was the pump. While trying to explain this to the co-owner he said he would replace it but he was done with us!! The pump was replaced under warranty and we paid the service charges for both visits. We paid a lot for the electric to be done right and we paid full retail for the pool. To have the co- owner tell us and the electrical company ( who called to explain) he is done with us 9 months in to the ownership of this pool is unreal! Now what will we do if we need help with the pool. Obviously we can’t call Above Ground Pools. Needless to say had we known that getting warranty items taken care would be such an issue we would have chosen another company.
