needed a cameo appearance from AOC.. :) it was a bit long. An attractive cast that tries with a lot of energy. not sure what the message is. life is only good if you win the lottery?... Ultimately, a musical is only as good as its songs. These songs are ordinary. No one will be singing these songs 5 years from now.. just mediocre

Very disappointing after hearing so many good things. It was a lifeless bore. If I was a child I'd be even more bored. This is a very thin storyline it relies heavily on music. The songs are pedestrian..And one song seems like a rip-off of Santana's Smooth. The ending is predictable. I might enjoy it slightly more if I was hispanic , and I appreciated the message of family being important without it being preech, however, there just isn't enough humor , not enough story. Maybe they needed a villian. There was none
