Single star for its narration, direction, cast selection and vfx. Tips- Instead of spending 2-3k to see this film you can go to Tirupati and offer prayer to Lord Venkatesh. Else you can spend that money to poor. Dont spend hardly earned money for this lethargic film. Cast - Prabas is fit for Karna role. Not for Ram role. Ram charan or Mahesh Babu or Surya or Varun Dhawan may be the perfect choice. For Ravana role Rana or Ranvir Singh would be perfect choice. For Sita role Nayanthara or Anushka would be perfect. So cast selection 0/10 Narration and direction - For a devotional film you have to work hard to make it as a commercial hit. Otherwise tv serial is ok. For a feature film you have to add more spicy narration here and there. For a film twist must be there. All are missing in this film. So 0/10 Vfx - If vfx are outstanding it may save a film. If its outdated noone can save the film. So vfx 0/10 Overall better avoid in theaters. You can watch this film in tv.

5 STARS No other film can't show the caste discrimination of this society in such a decent way.. Social justice is the only way to vanish caste discrimination was shown in climax is a good sign. ⚡ Vadivelu rocks in his character. We can't imagine anyone other than Vadivelu in this character🔥🔥 Fahad Fazil steals the show by his thunderous acting skills. His eyes are speaking more than his voice. Such a good acting. 🔥🔥 Mari Selvaraj proves his ability fully in first half. 🔥Interval block is heart touching. But in second half he falls flat. Magic is missing in second half where film goes in commercial way. But first half rocks. AR Rahman music and Bgm gives more strength to screenplay. Uthayanithi delivered what the screenplay required.. We have to appreciate the generosity of Uthai for giving more scope for other actors....keerthi Suresh waste as usual .. Overall one timewatchable for its best first half and average commercial second half....

5 STARS FOR KRK IN THIS ORDER 👇 ANIRUDH🔥 SAM 🔥NAYAN 🔥VJS 🔥KATHIR.🔥 Vignesh Sivan spoiled image of Nayan, making her competing with Sam, till Fans are still in "Oo solriya mama" effect. Samantha scores here naturally by her smile and new expressions. Nayan already acted as District Collector and her image was like lady super star. She can act in womencentric films and she can make it hit. For her the role of Kanmani is not suitable. The hero of the film is Anirudh. He delivered good songs and did wonderful Bgm 👌👌👏👏. His 25th film. All songs are equally good. Sam and Nayan both acted well and Sam scores more 👍👍.( For Nayan, the role is not convincing. But the role works well for Sam. I think for Atlees Hindi film committment, Nayan becomes lean. ) Vijay Sethupathy another role like NRD. But here he is little lethargic in some scenes and some scenes he is over acting. But it's a comeback film for him. Cinematographer. KATHIR is good 👌👏. Vignesh Sivan could have made screen play better. Climax is not convincing but at same time this type of climax is inevitable. OVERALL ONE TIME WATCHABLE FOR ANIRUDH SAM NAYAN VJS AND FOR PLEASANT CINEMATOGRAPHY. 👍👌👌👍

But no reviewers can either push up or pull down a film. Word of mouth👄 of public is the real review for any films.👑 Religion and its dominance in Indian politics is core concept of this film. But in picturising the film lot of immaturity is clearly visible😬. One liners may attract certain section of population👌. But family audience won't like this film. Recent judgment in one of the Indian high courts says that, partners involved in living together have no legal immunity. So its ethically and legally toxic. Now let us come to the film GV Prakash Kumar - Good hearted actor with perfect match for the role. He has justified his role. Divya Bharathy - Wow performance. Direction - First half good. Second half below average Court drama is lagging most of the time Bgm good and cinematography above average Altogether. 3 stars Watched this film only for good hearted GVP dude

If it happens, it would be the best combo of Vijay - VP exactly like Mankatha Ajith - VP combo.But surprisingly STR too delivered his best in a commercial story the very first time. Simbu - A perfect comeback.Hardwork never fails 👍Lover boy has come out from his image first time and nailed it by showing unusual seriousness in acting throughout the film. STR should select different roles like this hereafter. Then noone can stop him.👍 Venkat Prabu - Mangatha da effect after unlimited flops. Another comeback ✌He has simplified the screenplay in a stylish manner instead of complicating and confusing. Kudos to VP 👌✌ Yuan - BGM king rocks as usual. 🎺🎷🎸 He again proved that he is the offspring of a legend. Yuvanism da...👌👍 SJ Surya - Engayya iruntha Rasa ivlo nala? What a fantastic performance. He has gained a lot in this film from what he had lost in ARR 's Sarkar 👏👏 YG Mahendran & Premji - 💀👻💀👻 As usual. I couldn't avoid a repulsive feeling when seeing YG Mahendran in screen eventhough its a meaty role. 👎 May be "Madhuvanthi " 😁😁effect.?? Premji is VP 's pet kid and audience have to tolerate him in VP 's film👎.This is unwritten law in a venkat prabus film. My suggestion is better ban him in acting by imposing another unwritten law in cine industry.😄😄 Over all- Watch in theatres. First half - Jet plane. Second half - Cat and mouse roller coaster 👏👏👏

WHY JUST THREE STARS? Im updating this today 18th November. My initial comment was written immediately after the release of Jai beem. I predicted well, community dishormony will come after this film. North indian party digged trap and every one falls in it. This is well planned to create unrest among various community here. I again request creators not to take castes based films atleast hereafter. The film deserves 100 out of hundred.. but.... ( I'm updated these points today 6th November, which are in brackets. My review posted one day back. What will happen after this film, i predicted well. It happened. Today one caste leader who belongs to a major community in north TN, started propaganda against this film. So hormony among society start disturbed. I think this was strategically imposed in our society to widened the rift among various communities. Note TN till few years back vote unanimously without any caste feelings. Now some influenced political parties wanted to impose caste based voting system in TN too like UP. Then only they can flourish in TN. But some directors indirectly helping the divisive forces, by picturing 25 years old true stories. Even the affected community wanted to forget it. But our directors and some actors wanted to create disharmony among society intentionally or unintentionally by showing this to present generation and wanted to widened the rift among communities intentionally or unintentionally and trying to help divisive political parties knowingly or unknowingly ..Now read my Yesterday's review 👇) 05/11/2021...ANY RECENT FILMS WHICH TALKS ABOUT CASTE DISCRIMINATION IS NOT AT ALL HELPING UNITY.
