The definitive 90s blockbuster, edges ahead of Jurassic park thanks to much palpable tension despite a hammy script... action, comedy, explosions and aliens...its camp as Christmas and sort of shamelessly USA USA. Will Smith is amazing here and theres top work by Goldblum. But the city destruction scenes are the true stars..
