As a Southeast Asian woman, I have been waiting to see a film like this my entire life. The film powerfully combined so many of our cultures in ways that were actually appreciative and not appropriation. It symbolized the trust issues and need for reconciliation in Indochina. 10/10 recommend watching this film.
