The most fun I've had watching Transformers since I was a kid! The animation was stunning, full of beautiful environments, rich colors, textures galore and high detail. The cast did such a great job bringing the characters to life. Bumblebee, aka Badassatron, brings the funny. The story was better than anything the live action movies have had to offer by a landslide. Can't recommend this enough. Autobots roll out!

Glad I didn't go to see this in theaters. What a disappointment to such a great original. The pacing was so rushed. The writing felt like there were too many cooks in the kitchen. It was cringy at times and all over the place. Someone Left the Cake Out in the Rain should have been left on the editing floor. It didn't hold a candle to Day-o or Jump in Line. Also, if a something bites you, it isn't poisonous, it's venomous 🤦. Sadly, a great cast couldn't save this disaster. On the plus side, the costume designs and practical fx were amazing (which made the cgi stuff look that much worse). And as always, Catherine O'Hara was great.

A messy plot that drags on and misses every mark. Flashbacks and fan service moments are thrown in to distract from how bad replacing the actors for such iconic characters really is. A big bad monologue that falls flat, weak attempts at comedy and machine sidekicks that give fist pounds don't feel like they belong to the world of the matrix. The action scenes just don't make up for a poor plot and overall unnecessary sequel. It doesn't do the original justice.
