It's a Bond film, what's not to love? Actually quite a lot in this last Daniel Craig outing. The film follows on quite nicely from SPECTRE with Bond's retirement and attempt to live life without secret agent trappings. He reluctantly returns (not quite as buff, but then he is retired) to find a replacement 007, who is grossly miscast, badly scripted and seems so far removed from being a secret agent. (See Atomic Blonde to see how a female agent should be). The ultimate baddy, was probably the weakest Bond villain ever. True to Bond form, there were some good action sequences, though none involving the "other" 007 or the baddy. The final editing seems to be a true victim of the global pandemic, as all the female driving scenes were greenscreened. Overall, a thank you to Mr Craig for his portrayal of the world's best known secret agent, a shame it wasn't as well done as Skyfall.
