Cons: No tournament, blunt exposition in dialogues, bad guys and underworld felt rushed and underwhelmed, sub-zero was too powerful, Shang Tsung didn't do much, even though Kano was fun it was too much of him for a character that's not as central in the MK lore, there was no need for a new central character. Scenarios where horrible underwhelmed; fight with a CGI Goro in a dark front porch with an old truck involved, final fight was in a dark frozen gym instead of a temple or an arena. Seems like they went for a story without a tournament so they could save money on the locations. Overall, very very underwhelmed. Pros: Liked the explanation about how they could unlock their powers. Sonya Blade was good to look at, and liked the actress. I hope she can get to play better roles in the future.
