This abortion of a classic is awful. Watson's team are dull and honestly the acting is just bad. They've managed to make medical cases uninteresting and Watson's medical backstory is unnecessary. Plus Randall Park as Moriarty? Come on. Skip this. Not worth the watch.

I gave it 1 star because zero wasn't an option. Didn't make it even halfway through. God awful writing, ridiculous overacting, the bad guys were pathetic and the plot made no sense.

Loved season one. Peter is a great spy character and the story flowed easily. Lots of action and was just entertaining. Season 2 is just disappointing. It feels like Peter is barely in it, too much focus on the Iranians and subtitles. Too many loosely related plot points that seem to just shamble along incoherently. The story doesn't progress well. It's choppy and there's just too much going on that doesn't make sense to keep one's attention. Rose is annoying. They want her to leave but she insists on staying and then acting like she's being forced to stay. No government organization is going to allow a random civilian to be part of their op and there's no way they would have extracted Noor's family without visually confirming what "intell" she had. They would have told her to get her damn phone and show them what she had first. Then her brother is a douche. She didn't think to check if he wanted to leave Iran?? No, SHE wanted asylum in the US and couldn't handle her family paying for her choice so instead she decides they all have to leave? Not to mention after Noor showing up with useless Intel more than once, they would have told her to kick rocks. She desperately keeps trying to give them info but she has no idea what she's doing or what the US would find useful but they keep telling her to "keep trying"?? Yeah, no. The writing for season 2 is not good. This is one Netflix show that should be cancelled.

The first half was painfully slow. Not in a building the dread kind of way, just slow and boring. The second half was really good.

I honestly wasn't sure I was going to enjoy this but honestly it was so much fun! Fight choreography and cinematography was incredible and it the humour was well scripted and hilarious. Definitely recommend watching.

Meh. It's bland and painfully Canadian. The acting is mediocre. The cast would do well in Hallmark Christmas movies.

This movie is for teens. Teens will love it. Adults won't.

Not sure why people think this is smartly written. The writing is fine but nothing interesting happens. People usually watch spy shows for excitement, not to watch dudes in suits stand around CIA offices and talk about money or talk to informants via zoom. The story doesn't flow properly either. Lioness and Jack Ryan have better pacing, writing and acting but I'm guessing pretentious cerebral types like their shows dull. I actually fell asleep watching this.

This was a really fun movie! Great action, lots of humour and perfect for Christmas lovers! They have created a very cool magical world and Chris Evans, as always is terrific. Not sure what the complainers were expecting from a Christmas movie but IMHO it totally delivered!

It seems the people that are giving 5 stars haven't read the book or watched the original. For actual King fans expect disappointment. They have somehow managed to make a terrifying story with a creepy AF atmosphere into something dull and uninspired. It was also, as others have stated , rushed. Might have been better as a mini series like the original. There was no slow build of dread which made the book and the original so awesome. The actors were the only thing that made it bearable to watch, they were solid but wasted. If you have standards and are a King fan then skip this.
