Wow. I’m still shocked. Utterly confused and disappointed. I loved the first one so much… but what the heck did I just watch?! I can appreciate the artistry, but dang. The story line truly missed the mark.

Unnecessarily complicated and flat storyline. Songs were pointless and annoying (except for Bruno song). There was no ebb and flow to the plot. My mother in law and my daughter waited anxiously to see Encanto. We were all bored and couldn’t believe how abrupt it ended.
