Not knowing anything about D & D (the game), I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t understand the movie plot. But, the storyline was actually pretty understandable. Great combination of adventure and comedy, not to mention handsome actors to ogle! 🥰. Way better movie than “Eternals.”

I was happy to see an Asian actor in the leading role. He was very appealing. However, the other actors’ performances (especially the woman who plays his love interest and hologram companion), were so poor and unbelievable!!! The writing was so-so. My husband and I both were avid fans of the original. But, we were disappointed with the first episode of this reboot. Hopefully, things will improve; otherwise, I don’t think we’ll watch it.

Just watched the movie on Disney+. It was pretty good, a lot of action. Different from the original animated version although the basic plot and sequence of events were similar. Lead actress was phenomenal!
