I was 18 when this came out and I still have the original vinyl. Spirits in the Material World remains one of my all time favourite tracks. The message resonates more today than it did then during the Thatcher regime. Fantastic band beautifully paired down with a sound so distinctive. Great Live as well back in 82 (Milton Keynes).
